I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, or if anyone else has noticed. But today I was shopping for a case for my iPhone, and I found something interesting on Apple's web site.

When you go into the store and click the graphic "Accessorize your iPhone." it brings up a list of accessories. What's interesting is that the title to the page (which appears at the top of the browser) says "shop by iPhone type."

Now, is there more than one type?? I know that there are 8gb and 4gb versions, but certainly they don't require different accessories.

Does Apple have something planned, is this a hint at some sort of "iPhone Nano" or something else...

Just found this interesting... am I over analyzing this??

been posted before but I guess its for the future when they release more models. or for the 4gb or 8gb.

hope that helps

Thanks. I wondered if this had been posted. I did a search but couldn't turn anything up.

It would seem they are definitely planning on other models, but it seems like maybe sooner than later, since it is already implemented into the site.

"shop by iPhone type" is a strange title to have for accesories. Like you said, the accesories are the same for the two models out now. So is it a typo or does it mean apple has something up its sleve... No one knows.
