Anybody have one of these in the past for a different model? I'm considering returning the official case and pre ordering one in Gray. I don't like how the Apple case tips over so easily and I like the clear back look like on my TPU backs.

edit: Now shipping - http://amzn.to/1cZsNdl

Edit: And cant preorder on there if wanting to ship to Canada. I guess I will have to wait till moshi releases it on their site.

Btw what colour are you guys getting? Denim for ipad mini looks very nice

Pre ordering the Gray. You could always get a cheapo Poetic for the meantime ( http://amzn.to/16JUR02 )

I just pre-ordered the denim blue one. I had the same color for my iPad mini and I liked it.

Moshi VersaCover is the best iPad case IMO. I REALLY REALLY LOVE IT!

Now I am kind of wishing I got the denim.... I'll have to check for some videos when I get home.

I have the iPad Mini version and love it. It's the only case/cover I use. I'm hoping my old one will work for the new mini.

How does the inside liner hold up against being dirty? Do you just wipe it clean every once in a while?

I never cleaned the liner. It's not brand new looking, but it's not dirty either. My iPad screen is still in perfect condition.

What's the back cover made of? Soft TPU or hard plastic?

Does it leave any scratches? Any rough seams inside?

I'm concerned about the chamfered edge.

It does cover the back fully. It's not TPU but not very hard either. Plastic back but not rubbery.

Could someone who has a previous model tell me if it adds much weight/bulk? It looks pretty light and slim from the pictures... as light as a full case can ever be, anyway!

I saw lots of reviews on Amazon that said the corners cracked even with gentle use. Has anyone here who has owned this case had the same experience?

does anyone have one of these, do you have to use the rear shell with it, or can you purchase it without it?

I've had mine for about 10 days or so, and it goes with me everywhere - I'm having no problems with the corners. I had a Versacover/iGlaze for my 3rd gen and it lasted almost 2 full years without an issue. I guess it comes down to how you handle your tech - I'm either using it or it sits comfortably in my backpack, and it doesn't get knocked around much.

as for the weight...I will say that with the Versacover on my Air, it feels about the same as the 4th gen, or slightly lighter than the 3rd did bare.
