My battery on my bluetooth mouse died. I don't have a wired mouse around at all, and therefore need a way to re-install my mouse only using a keyboard.

I got through the system preferences page until the Keyboard & Mouse page but CANNOT seem to be able to press the "Set Up New Device..." button. How do I get there without a mouse?

Thanks a lot guys. This is super frustrating.

Install new batteries and restart the mouse (turn off, turn on). That has always worked for me, no need to do anything else.

For some reason that didn't work for me.. anyway I've figured it out. I was able to screen share with a friend (getting to iChat, initiating a screen share, etc. was a lengthy process) but ultimately he was able to remotely install the new mouse for me.
