Maybe I'm overlooking it, but is there anyway to make the screen not turn on when you get notifications? I'm not talking about Active Display.. but the fact that the entire screen turns on to my lock screen.

I'd rather Active Display to just kick in immediately.

That does not happen to me. Active display comes on but not the entire screen. Are you using another launcher?

sounds like one of your apps is triggering this. Its not the normal behavior.
