The app has been updated to version 1.1

New stats:
- Cost per km/mile: see how much you spend on a single km or mile.

Improved home screen:
- The home screen now features two useful stats: Fuel consumption and Fuel cost per km/mile

Bug fixes:
- Fixed a nasty MPG bug – fuel consumption should now correctly display after a new fill up with the fuel light on.
- Cost per month calculations are now more accurate.
- Easier to log a new fill up.
- Various small UI improvements.
