Motorola's SLVR released for Cingular

I was perusing through Cingular's website when I noticed that the SLVR is officially for sale... looks like it will run you 199 junior bacon cheeseburgers w/ a new 2 year contract....

I saw one of these things in the store (it was only the demo, plastic version) but it was ridiculously small... I'm gonna go so far and say it was almost as small as the nano

Still VGA camera, still looks like USB 1. I'm glad I didn't wait. Looks nice, but not much of an improvment over the ROKR on the inside. And it seems like the thinner weight lowers the talk time. Ah well, my ROKR is small enough. Even if it ugly. Maybe the next one will be better

Maybe Apple will come out with it's own.

Sounds like its about time to end that contract with Sprint....

It would be great if T-Mobile would pick these up, but Cingular might have to cut it.

Edit: T-Mobile picked up the PEBL. Too bad I want iTunes. I've got the SLVR in the card. Now to call Sprint or not....
