MOTU shipments of the AudioDesk 2 software began yesterday, owners of Audio Desk 1 can either upgrade to 2.0 for $149 or to DP 4 for $395. DP4 retails for $499.
I still havent decided on a path yet... but i need to eplore the features of 2.0 more. Free filters kick my arse...

i'm quite sure that a full version of DP4 would be worth the extra money.. and there are many things that suck about the original audio desk. so, ive prolly made up my mind.. the perfect compliment to my 828.
