I enjoy Mountain Lion for what it is - a Beta release. Unfortunately, I've been having some issues with my MacBook Air 2010.

1) Does everything lag for you? Everything, from scrolling in Safari to switching tabs (in Safari) to switching between Dashboard and Desktop lags. Unbearably. I hope this isn't the way Mountain Lion is going to be released.

2) Does Software Update work for you? I've been trying to get iWork updated, but it always hangs at 99% downloaded and then pukes up an error 102. I've had to update the entire software suite manually.

3) Do some widgets keep moving around when the Dashboard is refreshed? The one widget that seems to do this with regularity is Weather. It ALWAYS moves down - in every single release of Mac OS X, the Weather widget always moves down.

I can’t answer the rest since I’m not a developer and I don’t have Mountain Lion but that last one happens to me all the time… on Lion. I’m a bit disappointed that they still haven’t fixed that.

I'm running it on my MBP early 2011, and don't have any major lag problems.
I did at the very start, but after restarting my computer once, it is now working fine!

Only problems I've noticed have been:
- Trying to drag windows on to a new screen on Mission Control isn't always responsive.
- The gesture to bring up Notification Center isn't always responsive.
- Every few minutes, a window randomly pops up, showing me my hard drive (which is becoming REALLY annoying, tbh. I wish there was a way to fix it. Haven't heard of anyone else with that problem).

Yeah, I get the same problem. Although it doesn't always happen.
