Mountain Lion Sleep and Close Lid Times

I'm having trouble when I close the lid, at the time to open it it won't go on immediatly but it will after approx 5 seconds. Same with sleep, 20 seconds for me. 2012 13" MBA 128 SSD.

Anyone has problems with this also?

When I close it (Apple sign on the back goes off) and open immediately after, it will take 5 seconds before the display goes on.

That's normal. The display turns off immediately, but the OS itself has still not finished going into sleep.

Unless you have a very fast CPU and SSD, it will take you 5 seconds to close and open quickly and be ready to go.
