Does any one have any details of and new features and or fixes to existing features to make lion server more reliable in the mountain lion update?

Not a lot of fanfare for that information, but that's all about Mountain Lion Server, which will be $19.99 (on top of the standard $19.99 Mountain Lion purchase) on the Mac App Store. Even better deal than Lion, looks like a solid upgrade too.

Looks like there's nothing new there. I'm guessing I'll either stick with Lion Server or migrate to Linux.

This. From what I can see, thats more or less the same Lion Server info with Mountain Lion swapped in. Unless I'm missing something, I'm fairly certain all of these things have been in Lion Server.

To be honest, this update looks more like they're trying to reintegrate features that were taken out of Lion and putting them into Server.app. Such as DNS, DHCP, FTP etc. Perhaps with the mission to finally scrap Server Admin and Workgroup Manager. I'm interested in what they've done, but i expect to be disappointed......again...
