Mountains bike app

hello everyone, i try to found a good mountain bike app for the iPhone without success ;(

- I want an app to download or have some trace course (to download a map, in France, we have the .gpx format for course.)

- with a gps (I want to see my position) and have indications (like Waze but for little road in mountain bike)

- to see my speed and some other datas

I don't find what I need ;( any help ?

thanks ! I've runtastic mountain bike pro, and it's almost perfect, except for the guidance, it's a static map with my position but :
- without any indication (like Waze : turn left and other ;(
- no Apple Watch app
- and impossible to download new route
