Mouse and Keyboard.

I am a new Mac user and have Mac OS X version 10.3.9. I would like recommndations and/or suggestions on which mouse to get for my computer. I currently have a Logitech "pilot wheel" which skips and is not very precise. Would an optical or laser mouse be more satisfactory? Would either/both be compatible with my computer? If so, which would be preferable? I would also like your comments on a wireless keyboard and any recommendations. Thank you.

I use a Microsoft Intellimouse Optical mouse and really enjoy it. MS has Mac specific drivers for it that work great.

As far as a keyboard goes, I use a wired Apple keyboard and, while a little on the expensive side, I really like it.

I have a Logitech MX1000 that I'll be using on my MacBook Pro when it finally arrives. A friend of mine currently uses one on his G5 and it works great. I'm also looking into getting the Bluetooth Apple keyboard as well, if I can get it a bit cheaper than Apple sells it for...

I use Apple Keyboard and the Mighty Mouse. People give the Mighty Mouse a hard time, but I love it.
