Mouse and track butto acting weird

When I hit the left mouse button or track button side Im getting the effect of the right button. The middle button on my mouse doesnt work either. Did I turn on some function on my mbp? how do I turn this off?

also, this is only happening in OSX as a restart in win xp and the left click works fine...

Figured it out. Accidently unchecked the Fn function. annoying
