I am having this issue where I can move my mouse around but cannot left or right click. The keyboard also doesn't work. This all happens on a fresh boot and then I have to hold the power button in to boot it up again and most of the time it works normally then but sometimes the same thing happens and I have to reboot a second time.

Is this showing me signs that my Mac Pro 2008 motherboard is dying??

OS X Lion 10.7.2
Apple wireless keyboard (Bluetooth)
Razer Lachesis Mouse (USB)
Wireless Sony 7.1 surround sound headset (USB Dongle)
Logitech Webcam (USB)
Wacom Cintiq (USB)

Have you tried booting up without the Cintiq plugged in? It shouldn't affect things, but as another HID (Human Interaction Device) with especially-known dodgy drivers/behaviour, it could have adverse effects?

It happened again so i turned off my cintiq and turned it back on. Fixed it up so yah it was the cintiq. I just discovered that 6 days ago new drivers were released so far no problems with the new driver :) Thanks for your help

Happened with the new driver. The way to fix is just turn the screen off (until all the lights are out) then back on or re plug in the usb. Wacom are slacking off since there is no real competition out there. probably also why the prices are so high. Anyway if you just sleep the computer it doesn't happen as often as a fresh boot. Hope this helps anyone seeking answers.
