Mouse clicker on new Macbook

Just bought new macbook 2 weeks ago & noticed straight away that the mouse clicker is somehow different. The right side makes the clicking sound when pressed, but the left side is nothing, which means I have to press it a bit harder to get it to respond if I happen to be clicking on that side. Any thoughts? Is that how new macbooks are built or is it just mine?

I also purchased my macbook about two weeks ago, and I clicked on every part of the clicker... and it was the same "click" on every part of the bar. So i did not have that problem here.
