I have a new Macbook pro - Sequoia 15.2
My mouse just disconnects and I have to keep restarting the Macbook.
The pad, the mouse, both bluetooth or wired do not respond.
I don't know what is going on?

So built-in trackpad also not responding? How frequently does it happen - or more to the point, what's the longest it's gone without happening?

If practical, create a new user & see if issue is the same in that user or not. If the same, boot into Safe Mode and test there.

It can be a few hours before it happens, or sometimes just a few minutes.

Which mouse?
The touchpad on the Macbook stops responding?
What happens if you toggle bluetooth off/on?

If the trackpad isn't working - it ain't a Bluetooth issue. Ignore the fact that the external mouse ALSO stops working; you have some sort of software issue. New User & Safe Mode is how you'll identify those but if it can take "Hours" to occur.... you may have a long road ahead at troubleshooting it.

Both Mice (magic and wired) and the Trackpad.
None of them work, so I have to restart using the top right button.
