I use Windows on my iMac pretty much only for gaming. However, with the mouse and keyboard randomly ejecting every now and then for about 5 seconds, it's really hard to actually have a decent gaming session!

*keyboard ejects* <- lol, yes it just did it again!

Ok I'm back. Anyway, what I'm wondering is if there's any kind of fix for this, I'm guessing following versions of BootCamp will have many bug fixes but I could do with a temporary solution now!

Thanks in advance,
Ed

What do you mean by eject? Are you using a keybaoard/mouse in the USB or BT variety? Are they Apple?

BT keyboards and mice are not yet compatable with Windows. The USB ones should work just fine.

They are wired USB Apple keyboard and Mighty Mouse. I get it every couple of mins - the WinXP eject sound, then a couple of seconds later, it reconnects and they both respond again. I thought this was a fairly common problem...

It may be, I'm just not aquainted with it. I have the usual advice you'd excpect, try a different USB port, make sure everything is plugged in tight and that drivers are right.

I'm someone will be around soon enough who can be more help than I. I don't experience this problem with my mini all.
