Mouse Not working properly

I'm having issues with the pointer in 10.10.3

I have lost mouse overs. By this I mean If I'm up in the menu bar and I click an Item I see the drop down but as I move my mouse down nothing hi-lights. this means that If the is a sub menu nested inside of the first menu I can't select anything.

It seams to be a symptom of a larger problem.

1. AutoCAD for Mac 2015 doesn't function properly, the mouse doesnt show up until I click then goes away again.

2. I can't download PDF's in safari using the icon that appear if you put the mouse near the middle bottom of the window.

Have you tried connecting another mouse in order to rule that out?

Yeah but it was on all my pointing devices. Track pads (2x), 3d mouse, madcatz mouse..

I actually figured it out. The drivers for the configuration tool where the problem. Removed them and it all works fine now
