Mouse pointer highlighting

I recently saw a doco where the person using a Macbook had a big red circle around the mouse pointer to highlight it's position on the screen. The circle was unfilled but had a thick semi-transparent border and was as large as the display. I presume all of these effects would be adjustable. Does anyone know of this software or where I can get it?

I don't think so as that has a filled, semi-transparent circle rather than just the border and it's not full screen. The problem I'm finding with all the one's I've found is that the circle isn't display size and so always partially obscures what I want to see when I'm typing.

I use Simple Mouse Locator which makes 2 colour rings which I activate by waving with it going away after a few seconds. But can be configured for permanent ring or rings.
