I have an external wired mouse that i use with my macbook pro. Sadly the last beta made it useless, the mouse lights up and the computer recognizes the mouse but when i move it nothing happens. I know for a fact that this mouse was not meant to work with a mac but it worked fine with Yosemite. Anyone having the same problem?

Why don't you share some more information about your mouse? Manufacture, software version (if you installed and sort of software to make it work), et cetera. That may help you find the answers you're looking for.
Do you have SmoothMouse installed? It's apparently incompatible with beta 2.
It isn't only your mouse, it seems to affect more pointing devices, my Wacom Intuos pen tablet isn't working too.
