Mousing Around quirk on New MPB w/ leopard

So I have noticed that while mousing around on my new MPB15 2.4 every once in a while the courser stops moving and the a sec later picks up where it should be. Its been very confusing as sometimes this results in me starting expose'.
Factors that may have added to this:
*I installed an old version of final cut express, soundtrack, and livetype.
*I am on my company's network with firewall
*???

Sound familiar to anyone?

I will see if this continues when I am home and off the company.

Any other thing I should watch out for?

glad to hear Im not the only one. Ive definitely seen this too though oddly enough, for me, it seems to have gotten better since I upgraded to leopard. I dont think its due to the stuff you mentioned though seeing as how I don't have any of the software you mentioned, or go through a firewall.
