iPhone 15 Pro Max Move app with Cache from iphone to iphone

Hey, recently bought new iphone 15 and I need to move one app along with entire cache from my old iphone. both running ios 17.1.2
I tried using 3uTools but the app i.e. Telegram doesnt move along with cache, rather sync with cloud from fresh when I move.
Problem is that Cache is only on my phone and it's not synced with cloud. Hence this requirement to move it manually from iPhone 14 to iPhone 15

oh boy.. is this technical ! I need quick resolution as need to sell out old phone in day or two

Assuming you are trying to 'move' the app because you cannot download it on the App store anymore, then this is really only possible with a jailbreak or some sort of software (perhaps iMazing?).

I doubt you have a jailbreak and I doubt even more that there is a current version of a file manager jailbreak tweak that will work with the iPhone 15. So that leaves software. No idea if iMazing or anything else would help.
