Move apps around to launcher?

I want to move iTunes, YouTube, and some other 3rd party apps to a Launcher.app so they aren't cluttering up my home screen.

I have installer.app obviously, but I don't know what to install. There's so many launcher apps and spring board things and it's confusing.

How do I do this?

If you download Cuztomize you can hide icons and you can launch them with Dock
