Move undownloadable ipa?

I have an app on my old iPhone that controls a cat toy. The company went out of business and removed the app from the App Store, but the app still works.

I transferred my data direct from phone to phone thinking it would copy the ipa's, but that's not the case. They're all downloading from the App Store and obviously the cat toy app isn't.

Any way to move the ipa to my new phone? I did back up my old phone to my Mac, but not sure if restoring from Mac will put the ipa back. I don't want to erase the phone and start all over just to be in the same spot as I am now.

Apple Configurator? iMazing?

wow Qardio is gone? Thanks for the link. I have this app too and would have missed needing to copy it also.
