Hi is possiable to watch any films rented on a tv without the apple tv box?Maybe stream them somehow?

If you have an XBox 360 you could use Connect 360 to send videos in iTunes to your XBox if its connected to your TV.

No, I don't know of any way to share media from iTunes on Windows to a 360; I would be quite surprised if you can do it. You can share media from Windows to an XBox 360 of course; I think you do it via Windows Media Player. I think you might have more luck asking on the XBox forums about this, but I think you will be out of luck via iTunes and Windows and the 360.
