Yes. It has nothing to do with the appleTV. It's what is on iTunes. The only difference I think is that you can only rent from the new appleTV. I don't have a new one so I'm not sure.

thanks. what about the price on renting the movies? is it the same prics? max 4.99 for HD movies?
