iPod Movies are not moving to External Drive

I have changed my location for my iTunes Music Folder to my external drive. I have been using handbrake to backup my DVD collection and I notice that when I buy new music, it goes into the external drive, but when I drag and drop the handbraked movies as they are finished, it stays on my iMac drive instead of going to the external drive. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
