Ok long time Apple TV user with a quick question. Its happened before and happened again now. I have three movies that won't stream over to my ATV. When i try to sync those three, they are grayed out and it says that these movie can't be synced because the apple tv can't play these movies. I rip all my movies the same way so it's frustrating that these 3 won't move stream over like the rest of my movies do. Any Ideas why?

In iTunes, Get Info on the movie. Under the summary tab, what are the kind, total bit rate and video dimensions. Without those things nobody will know.

here is one of the movies that won't stream

There's your problem. The movie needs to be kept under 30 fps to sync with the AppleTV.

instead of "Same as Source" for framerate in hb, choose a constant fps of 29.967. HB will drop enough frames where need to keep you at 29.967 fps which is atv and ipod compatible.

Thanks dyna, re-ripping them today and hopefully that does the trick :)
