I converted a movie to mp4 with handbrake and added it to itunes but its not showing up on my iphone

I selected it in the movie page but its not included on iphone

any ideas?

IMO:

Not every converted .mp4 format media would be recognized by iPhone OS, I always try different converter or convert them in to DIFFERENT mp4 format. (Yes, there are few kinds of mp4's)

If still not working, try to download the mp4 version of the movie/video, because that's what I do.

If both ways are not woking, good luck.

Program

Use slysoft CloneDVD mboile (you will also need AnyDVD). I have used this program in the past and I have not had any issues. There is a choice to convert to iPhone or iPod. It transfers over with no issues.

Hi

If your videos on computer are not with above specifications, you may need a video converter to get iPhone/iPod Touch video first. Any Video Converter is a great choice. And you can download and install it:rolleyes:

Which preset did you use? You must use the universal or iphone presets if you want it to play on your iphone. If it's a 3GS you can also the the appleTV preset if you want. Also, make sure you presets are up to date and you're using the latest version of handbrake.
