How do I move, delete, add apps on Iphone X when connected to ITunes Store? I can highlight contacts, calendars, audio, photos, etc but there isn't an option to manage Apps. I'm sure there used to be. I could move apps from one screen to another, combine them with other in similar folders, etc. What am I missing?

If you hold the app icon until it enlarges, you can drag it around and/or do the folder-drop thing (drop one app onto another to create a folder with both of them in it). The app drag is simpler in iOS 11, because it does not put you into the icon jiggle mode. To get to the app delete stage (icon jiggle with delete x's in the corner), you have to hold the icon a bit longer. Apps can also be deleted from Settings->General->iPhone Storage, by selecting the app and deleting it in its info view.

I'm talking about moving them around when the phone is connected to my IMac and ITunes store is selected. Then phone shows up as a device but there is no App Icon on the left side under Settings. Only music, movies , books, TV shows, but no Apps selection. I don't want to move one app at a time on the phone itself, I would rather select multiple ones then sync the phone.

Why are you so persistent to do it from iTunes? It's easier to do it from the iPhone or iPad itself.
