iPod Moving EQ presets

I've just bought a new mac (imac 24) and want to move my EQ presets from my macbook pro. I haven't been able to find an app to do this, nor have I found the file folder where the presets are stored. These are custom presets that I have spent a lot of time perfecting and would hate to have to redo them every time I buy a new computer. Thanks.
