So I'm pretty dissapointed/angry at Apple for forcing us to buy a Mac to do a simple photo operation: moving an existing album into a folder in Photos.

Does anyone know if iOS14 addresses this issue?

What do you mean? There’s a new share sheet for albums, I don’t know if there’s something that solve your issue.

So for example, go to Photos and make a folder, then try to move an existing album into that folder, is that possible?

Currently the only way to do this is using a Mac in Photos, iOS13 is missing this function.

No, you can only create a new album, not add an existing one. Let’s hope they change that in a next beta.
