I have a client that is moving his website from iweb to another hosting company. My question is how do I access the iWeb html files so I can move? Please note I am not super techie and I will have access to the client's computer.

Thanks for the help!

Kristin

I'll give an answer based on my limited knowledge of iWeb. iWeb creates the site as an application file rather than HTML files. When you publish from iWeb it does an export and creates the HTML files at that point and places them at the published location. So you could pull the HTML files off where ever they have been published.

Alternatively, if you want the whole site you can get the iWeb site file at ~/Library/Application Support/iWeb/Domain.sites (or something).

Also note that the HTML files that iWeb creates can be hard to work from if you move away from iWeb as a development environment.
