I need to know how to move files and programs from a 2006 black macbook to the 13' Air. I then need to delete everything from the black macbook. Can someone walk me through the process or provide a link? Thanks.

After you have transferred all your stuff over with migration assistant you should put your installation DVD into the black macbook, restart it, hold C until you see the Apple logo, wait for it to boot up from DVD.

Once it's up, choose the language, then select Disk Utility, from the Utilities menu, select your hard drive on the left side, on the right side select Erase, choose "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)" and press erase. If you want to make sure the data is unrecoverable before pressing erase, click Security options and check the 1-pass overwrite thing.

Once it is done erasing quit Disk Utility, and just click next next next to install the standard Mac OS installation back onto it. When it boots up to the setup assistant press Command + Q and choose "Shut down". Now it is ready for sale!
