iPad Moving from Camera Roll to Movies

Hello,

I have a San Disk iXpand FlashDrive for my iPad.
I have copied some videos to my FlashDrive, but I am trying to copy them to my videos app in my iPad. However, I am only allowed to copy them to my Camera Roll.

Is there anyway to move it from my camera roll to my Videos app?

If you have a Mac you could place the video in iCloud Drive and then from the iPhone "open in Videos" (I think. It's been forever since I've tried )
