iPhone moving from JB 4S to 5S

I've upgraded my 4s to ios7 and ditched my JB which is fine. I restored from backup and plan to do so when my 5s arrives.

My question is are there any residual problems that linger when you don't set up "as new device" leftover from the Jailbreaking?

Years ago there were some funky things if you did this so i want my 5s to run as smooth as possible and hoping i can restore which is so much easier.

Setup as new, you can sync your pics and contact via icloud.

Especially on a new device and a major new firmware version it is better to setup as new
