Just did a very very very quick search and found nothing, so here goes.

I'm moving to Canada and I'm thinking of getting an iPhone 3G (bad, bad idea, I know). Just wondering, if my iPhone dies and I buy a new one, can I move my apps over, or do I have to rebuy everything? Also, what's the cheapest Rogers plan I can use?

No idea about Rogers but apps are backed up. When you sync your phone, your apps are backed up to your machine so should you loose your iPhone, you can resync a backup. :)
