iPod Moving iTunes from PC to Mac (with a jailbroken iPhone)

I have a problem. I have my iTunes on my PC desktop. I just got a new MBP. I would like to move my iTunes to my MBP and use it to sync my iPod and iPhone.

The problem is that my phone is jailbroken, and I'm afraid it's going to get wiped in the move.

I have moved my iTunes from PC to PC in the past, and it works fine because you move your phone backup as well. I don't know if that's how it works when switching between different OS.

Any info, or links to a previous post would be great.
