Moving iTunes Library in Catalina

How do you tell iTunes to use a new Library location now that iTunes is "Music"?

Previously you'd move the whole directory and then launch iTunes with "option" to allow you to select a new Library location. This doesn't seem to work anymore.

I'm trying to move the whole thing onto an external drive.

Trick Music with a symbolic link: move /Users/YourUser/Music/Music folder to the external drive, in terminal run ln -s /Volumes/ExternalDrive/Music /Users/YourUser/Music
