I have a 2008 MBP and have stored my iTunes media files on a ReadyNAS for years, but it seems like overkill for my needs.

I'm planning on buying a new iMac with the 2TB drive and moving all my media over to it. I also do backups through an online backup service, so now my music will be backed up online. I also have scheduled nightly clones that are stored on the ReadyNAS, but those could be stored on any external drive.

Does anyone see an issue with this? Any reason to keep the ReadyNAS?

Thanks for any advice. :)
