Moving Mail accounts to new computer

Hi there. Ive googled but can't seem to find this info for the latest OS's. I got a new computer and just want to move or migrate Mail.app settings to new computer......I don't want to manually do it because I have 4 email accounts and takes forever to set up....also would like it to move emails . There MUST be a way to do this. suggestions?

i also have multiple email accounts and several devices.
getting Mail settings on to new devices has always worked for me by ensuring that my iCloud account is set up on all/new devices, and making sure that Keychain is set to sync on all devices.

hmm....I have Mail turned on on all iCloud devices....but nothing. How would I sync keychain?

Settings/iCloud Account/iCloud/ scroll down and switch Keychain to on

if you already have had Keychain to on and it was not syncing yr Mail settings then you need to do one or both of the following:

-switch to off the Keychain sync and then switch it back on

- log out of iCloud and then log back into iCloud.
Logging out of iCloud may involve your needing to redownload Music and other work
