Moving minimised windows around with 3 fingers

Hi I used to be able to move my minimised windows around the desktop with just three fingers rested on the trackpad but for some reasons after tinkering with my Trackpad Preferences I am unable to do it.

The minimised windows seems to be stuck in one position on the desktop and the only way to move them around is if I maximise it to another screen.

Someone please help me here?

You may just need to enable three-finger drag. I believe this was moved to System Preferences > Accessibility > Mouse & Trackpad > Trackpad Options.
