I know this is a silly question, but I just realized that Apple does not secure notes in iCloud using 2 Factor Authentication and wondered if there is any way I can move my Notes from iCloud to my Mac and just keep them locally. I can still sync my iPad and iPhone to my Mac and then can delete all my Notes off of iCloud until Apple secures iCloud data. Can anyone please help me with a solution to this? I've been searching forums and Google a lot about this and can't figure it out.

Notes predates iCloud and is a type of IMAP account. Your best bet is to use Pages or a 3ed party. In System Preferences>iCloud>uncheck Notes.

Okay, I thought that was the case. Is there a way to turn off notes appearing on iCloud.com without having to delete each individual note? I noticed when I turn off notes in system pref on my ipad and MacBook, the notes still appear on iCloud.com.

Not positive but first have iCloud Notes off on all devices and Macs. Then in iCloud.com click on your Name (upper right corner) and select: Account Settings> Advanced> Reset Documents and Data. This should remove them from iCloud.com.

If not then individual delete may be the only way.
