iPod Moving song ratings from 1 library to another.

My old PC install of XP died and i've had to copy all my songs from an ext back up drive into a new library.

Is there a way of transferring my song ratings (6000+) from my old library to the new one.

All the songs are my own so there's no piracy issue.

I think that if the are all from iTunes they will have all of the data.

all of that info is in an xml file in the itunes folder (not sure exactly how it works on PCs). But, in principle you should have no problem doing this.
