iPhone Moving the dock down

Anyone know how to do this or has a theme that does it for you? i want to move the dock down about a 1/4 inch so the entire icon is in the dock. Any help?? I'm using iPhone 4s running 5.1.1

Did you ever find a way to do this? I also want to do the same.

Wouldn't that be moving the dock up, not down? I guess all you'd need is a bigger dock image.

I have used winterboard to enable "Transparent Dock" and "No Docked Icon Labels". Thus I essentially have unused space below my docked icons. I want to move them down to remove this space...

I had originally asked the question because I was using a theme that for some reason moved the entire dock image up, I just ended up not using the theme
