The map says yes, but my phone says no in 92116 Normal Heights... The place I will most likely be moving to next week has the worst AT&T Reception in San Diego. As soon as you cross over the 805 freeway on Adams Ave (going East), you loose your 3G and it hits EDGE, but even EDGE usually only has a bar or two. The phone alternates between EDGE and 3G. Meanwhile people who call me hit voice mail instead of my phone ringing, and I can't stream any audio with any service (Pandora, Simplify, etc)... YUCK. The thing that sucks is this area has ALWAYS had poor coverage with AT&T even before the iphone came along, and they seem to be doing nothing to fix it. We're talking a major metro area too, and this neighborhood is relatively flat, so why can't they put a fricking tower up to serve this area?
How does AT&T treat people with issues, I still have like 7 months left on my 2 year contract, will they allow me to terminate if I do not have acceptable coverage?
