moving to china

I've been offered a job in China which I want to take. However I want to take MY computers with me - as I am afraid the ones that the company has to offer me will slow me down. I seem to recall reading a few years ago that the US government restricts the exportation of Macintosh computers to China. I wonder if anyone knows if this is still the case - am I actually able to legally ship myself a Mac Pro and a MacBook Pro?

doubt it, I don't see any difference national security related between mac and windows machine.
and apple does have a chinese website

Besides, my MacBook Pro CAME from China.
