iPhone X Moving to the Iphone X from 8+, But have ?'s

Think I had enough of having a huge phone and going to switch to the Iphone X or the IPhone Xmas or XS or whatever it'll be called when it is announced.

Also, i can't believe i'm saying this, I think i'm ready to ditch touch ID and move to face ID.

With that said, I'm debating what to do at the moment. I can currently get the Iphone X at Telus for 400 (subsidized) + whatever the contract will be.

My question is how much the Iphone X will be (subsitized) after the announcement on Wednesday? free? 200? 400?

Also, besides the processor bump and maybe the upgrade w/ the cameras, is there any disadvantages of going with the Iphone X now spec wise?

I'm going to trade in my 8+ so right now, i'll just be paying for the phone or the rest of my contract (1 year), so right now, it won't be that bad.

I think you should wait until the 12th to actually see what you may be missing if you go to the original X. You are less than a week away from the announcement. Be patient.

I am too wanting to move away from the 8+ and just get the X (Xs). I regretted not getting it last yr so I’m excited. I’m going to wait for the announcement myself as I’m sure the newer one will have better camera and since that’s my big reason I went with the plus in the first place, I definitely want the best camera lol
