Recently, I have made a full switch over to all Mac computers :) But...
Some games I play require Windows and it would be nice to have them on tap, so I have considered running Windows on my new iMac with parallels.
I was wondering if I pulled the internal hard drive with Windows installed from my old PC and installed it into an inclosure and ran it into my Mac, what would happen?
I'm sorry if this is a ridiculous question, but I figured I'd ask before pulling the poor old PC apart for a potential surgical fail.

Besides not being able to boot from the external hard drive, you probably would not want to run most games from either Parallels or Fusion. For best results, create a partition for Windows using Boot Camp and run your Windows games natively.

Regards.
