MP 1,1-5,1 MP 3,1 and GTX 650 Ti?

I ran across an EVGA GTX 650Ti (2GB) and have not yet installed it in my cMP 3,1, which is running High Sierra.

Is this a combo that is likely to work?

Should work from Mountain Lion to Big Sur, but without any pre-boot configuration support.

 

[OldMacPro2]

Installed it and booted up in HS just fine.

System report says its Metal supported.
